These general conditions are formulated in accordance with the Civil and Commerce Codes, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulations, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contract Conditions and Law 7/1995, of March 23, Consumer Credit. 
These terms and conditions, together with your Order Confirmation, constitute the Contract between our company and you. 
Placing any order at www.tpv365.com implies knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions. In addition, the TPV365 client states that they are at least 18 years old and ensures the veracity of the data offered for the correct management of their order.

Deadlines and scope of delivery

Delivery times 
Delivery times will vary according to products. If you want to know them, you only have to enter the tab of each product. Delivery times are indicated in working days (Monday to Friday) and will start counting from the confirmation of payment in our bank account, in the case of payment by bank transfer. The items will be delivered within the agreed period, unless the customer wants the merchandise to be delivered later than the scheduled date.

 

On occasions, for reasons beyond the control of TPV365, the term may be delayed by 10 working days from its expected delivery date. In this case, the buyer may cancel the order and receive the amount paid. Failure to deliver will not be considered such if it has been delayed of its own free will or if the buyer has not been able to be located using the information provided by the latter.
 

Delivery time between 24 and 48 hours Peninsula. It can only be guaranteed in orders paid through one of the payment methods reflected on the page. Except for cash on delivery payments as it is an exclusive service for the Peninsula.
 

Orders received before 12:00 p.m. (if they meet the payment terms and the items are in stock) they ship the same day. 
 

Orders received after 12:00 p.m. (if they meet the payment terms and the items are in stock) will be shipped the next day.
 

Deliveries are made exclusively from Monday to Friday. 
 

For orders paid by cash on delivery, a delivery of 48 to 72 hours is estimated in the Peninsula. 
 

For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, all orders will be sent by Post Office and may take between 2 and 10 working days, depending on the destination location. 
 

For international shipments consult delivery times.

Scope of delivery 
The products offered in TPV365 are served in the Spanish Peninsula, Menorca, Mallorca, Ibiza. Both in the rest of the Canary and Balearic islands. 
The price of the products include taxes and transportation. However, in the Balearic and Canary Islands there may be postage for certain products. In any case, this detail will be indicated when placing the order.

In retained orders without indicating a delivery date, you must notify when you want to receive the merchandise. At that time, a new delivery period will be assigned, which may be higher or lower than the period indicated when placing the order.

Transportation and shipping

Payment of your order

In order to maintain the delivery time and current promotions for your order, you must pay for it within the next 72 business hours. Once this term has expired, TPV365 is not responsible for variations in terms and/or prices that your order may suffer.

Reception of the order

The transport agency will make shipments from Monday to Friday in the morning or afternoon (depending on the delivery route established for your population). If your population is far from a large urban center or city, or has less than 5,000 inhabitants, delivery may take an additional 3 to 5 days.

We recommend that, in case of disagreement with the transport agency, you contact us so that we can help you with the process.
